Citizens Launch Initiative to Save LB Open Space

A group of Laguna Beach volunteers is championing preservation of the City’s remaining open space. They propose raising more than $20 million for this purpose with a voter-approved, 20-year flat parcel tax that will cost each parcel $120 a year, or $10 a month.
